Tonight, I decided that it would be a good day to try a new recipe. You know how it is, when you have a new recipe, it always takes a much longer time to do it, because you have to keep referring back to the recipe. So I had about 2 hours to myself tonight, so I decided to go to it.
I made Mexican Stuffed Shells, a recipe from The Girl Who Ate Everything. It looked easy enough, but you know how that is. Sometimes it does not go well.
Well, this recipe was great! It was easy. The recipe was easy to follow. And it was very tasty. I highly recommend it! Our only problem was for my two children at home, they thought it was too spicy. I was thinking I would like to put some pepper jack cheese on it. I didn't think it was all that spicy.
The other thing I think I might do is try to freeze them after they are stuffed, but before you bake them. That would be so sweet to find another thing I could freeze for dinner.
